Yes, all of our closure units are made such that they can be worn glue-less.

Our closure units are made with 5x5, 6x6, 7x7 HD Lace Closures unless otherwise stated.

No, we do not offer exchanges. For hygiene reasons, wig sales are final so be sure to check your head measurements and order the correct wig sizes and other hair extension products on the site before checking out.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Please read product descriptions and be sure to select the correct length, texture, and color when placing your order.

All custom colour orders have 15-working day processing time. All non-colour custom made wigs have a 10-working day processing time. All units will ship out at the end of that processing time specified and tracking details will be sent out as well.

Here’s a useful guide:

Circumference 18''-21'', front to nape 11''-12.5", ear to ear 11''-12''.5 = SMALL

Circumference 21.5''-22.5'', front to nape 12.5''-13.5'', ear to ear 12.5''-13.5'' = MEDIUM

Circumference 22.5''-24'', front to nape 13.5''-14.5'', ear to ear 13.5''-14.5'' = LARGE

Based on the numbers you get, you can either be a Small, Medium or Large. If you have 2 measurements in the same size category , that will be the size you choose. For example if you have 2 measurements like front to nape and circumference in a small and a third measurement ear to ear, that is a medium, then you will choose a small because 2 out of 3 measurements put you in a small.
