Here at Trendysmiths, our aim is to ensure all our customers have a pleasant shopping experience on our website.
Before ordering at www.trendysmiths.com, we require that all customers read our Terms and Conditions as well as all our Policies to familiarise yourself with our processes.
Terms and Conditions
When ordering from this website, you are confirming that you are 18years old or older on the date of the order.
You are also confirming that all information provided to us during your use of our website are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to order products and services on this website.
Product turnaround times will vary based on availability and time required to process each order. Please ensure you read product description and information on product page to understand dispatch times for each product.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of our products ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and already paid for, we will issue a full refund.
Product Availability
We will make every effort to ensure that product availability on our website are kept up to date. If for any reason this is not the case and a product your have ordered becomes unavailable, we will email you immediately to let you know. We will also offer you 2 options:
1. Wait for the product to become available with an expected delivery date provided to you or
2. Cancel the order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any refunds and all sales are final. Please be diligent in taking the proper head measurements before making a purchase. Please read product descriptions and be sure to select the correct preferences and options where required before placing your order. If you need any help or have any questions about your order, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Wigs and other hair products cannot be resold after being handled or worn by a buyer. As a result, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Also note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of these conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
Product Delivery
Two options are provided for UK product delivery - Express delivery (1-2days) and a Standard delivery (3-5 working days) through Royal Mail.
For international delivery, options include:
Standard International delivery (from 5 working days and upwards - range will be shown on the checkout page) and
DHL Express (From 3 working day upwards, depending on location. This will also reflect on the checkout page).
Failure to read but accepting these terms and condition including site policies means you will be liable if there are any issues relating to any of the conditions and policies.

If you have any complaint about any of our products or services, please contact us via email on trendysmiths@gmail.com. We aim to respond to you within 72 hours of receipt.
